Cryptocurrencies suck.

So, why do I use them?

Short version:

As much as Cryptocurrency very much does suck, PayPal is worse.

The long story:

Recently, my PayPal account was permanently suspended with no prior warning and for no apparent reason other than them "feeling" like I had done something suspicious.

Before you ask, yes, I did try to phone support. All they told me was that they were not allowed to say the actual reason of my suspension other than what was said in the suspension notice.

This effectively means that I am no longer able to pay for my email server that I use for possum.city using my debit card anymore, and the server host seems to only accept either Crypto or PayPal.
